How To Use:

Same depth or darker: Mix 1:1 ratio Wella Illumina Color + Welloxon Perfect. Apply to clean dry hair and develop for 30-40 minutes without heat or 15-25 minutes with heat.

Lightening: Mix 1:1 ratio Wella Illumina Color + Welloxon Perfect.

Lightening mid lengths and ends: Apply to clean dry hair. Develop for 20 minutes without heat or 10 minutes with heat.

Lightening root area: Apply to clean dry hair and develop for 30 – 40 minutes without heat or 15-25 minutes with heat.

Developer:

• 12% Welloxon Perfect 40 Vol. For 3 levels of lift.
• 9% Welloxon Perfect 30 Vol. For 2 levels of lift.
• 6% Welloxon Perfect 20 Vol. For 1 level of lift. Coverage of gray hair. Same depth or darker.
