How To Use Wella Koleston Perfect Permanent Color :

Application: Mix 1:1 ratio Wella Koleston Perfect and Welloxon Perfect Developer. Apply to clean dry hair and develop for 30-40 minutes without heat or 15-20 minutes with heat.

Welloxon Perfect Developers:

• 12% Welloxon Perfect 40 Vol. For 3 levels of lift.
• 9% Welloxon Perfect 30 Vol. For 2 levels of lift.
• 6% Welloxon Perfect 20 Vol. For 1 level of lift. Coverage of gray hair. Same depth or darker.
• 4% Welloxon Perfect 13 Vol. Same depth or darker. To achieve deeper results on natural hair with no gray coverage required.
• 1.9% Welloxon perfect for Pastel toning, pure glossing and Pure balancing services.
